My best friend was having a little girl and decorating her nursery to fit her theme: baby animals and neutrals. I decided to piece together this baby quilt to fit her theme by searching for fabrics and inspiring layouts!
Subtlety was my goal, because I didn’t want the neutrals to be overpowered by a loud fabric design. I limited myself to all cotton fabric as well so it’ll be soft and cozy for the baby. And since I picked busy fabrics, I didn’t want to do crazy stippling and make the quilt look entirely loud. It took a lot of searching and design sketching but I’m happy with the composition! And my friend loves it too!
